ep2 bun: implement bun outdated

In this episode of CommitHistory we explore a recent commit to the Bun project.

We’ll learn a little bit about Bun, and actually pick up some of the Zig programming language as well - which is an incredibly exciting modern language with tons of great syntactic features.

Today’s commit implements the bun outdated command, which analyzes your packages dependencies and shows you what packages are out of date, and which ones can be easily upgraded.
